About the gig
We’re booking a portrait/headshot photographer for acting and professional headshots in NYC over the next 1–2 weeks (weekend preferred). Looking for clean, casting-friendly looks; studio or outdoor OK.

What you’ll do

Pre-pro consult and simple mood/lighting plan
Shoot tethered in studio or on location; direct talent confidently
Deliver a proof gallery and export retouched finals (casting + social sizes)
Basic color, light skin cleanup, and consistent background/contrast

What we’re looking for

Strong NYC-based headshot/portrait portfolio
Solid studio lighting skills; reliable gear + backup workflow
Bonus: your own studio (Bk/Queens/Manhattan), HMU network, COI insurance
